Long weekends rock
I spent most of the weekend wearing a blindfold. What fun stuff did you do?

I certainly hope that you giving us the story behind your lengthy blindfold isn't contingent on fun stories from us, your readers. Because I personally didn't have much fun at all this weekend, so I have nothing to offer in that regard. But I'd really like to hear the blindfold story...

I bathed the puppy. He's much cleaner now but he still chews on the carpet. Sadly, I didn't chew any carpet, I wasn't blindfolded, and I didn't go on a date with Cluechick, three things that would have been staggeringly more fun than keeping a squirming beagle in a bathtub for fifteen minutes.

My girlfriend and I took a couple of loads of blankets and jackets our cat had previously tagged to the laundromat for a thorough cleaning. It was really quite hypnotic sitting there on an uncharacteristically warm day, in a hot laundromat, starting at two king-sized washers spin around in circles.

On Friday I had a chance to go meet the legendary Ron Jeremy at some club in downtown Seattle. But I lost track of time and never made it. :( But at least I practiced my pole dancing skills on Saturday at my favorite goth club! Nothing makes a girl feel sexy like wrapping her legs around a good hard pole.

Miss Knees: Ron Jeremy! Well, pole dancing sounds better to me, anyway. Send pics!
Zachary: Did you take advantage of the newly washed bedding once it was done?
David: Aww. I'll catch you another weekend :)
bascomb: I'll try to write a bit more about it soon!

Cluechick: Sadly, no. I started reading your blog very near the beginning, but since then I ended up in a relationship with this lovely woman who is celebate until marriage. The relationship is very likely to be upgraded in the near future, though. :^)
But in the mean time I've been living vicariously through your stories and those of my friends.
